Pilipili iliyosagwa                                                     1 kijiko cha chai 

Rai (mustard seeds)                                               1 kijiko cha supu

Majani ya mchuzi (curry leaves)                             7 majani

Uwatu uliosagwa (methi)                                       1 kijiko cha chai

Nyanya kopo                                                         5 vijiko vya supu

Ndimu                                                                    3 vijiko vya supu

Mafuta                                                                   ¼ kikombe

 

Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

  1. Chemsha viazi kiasi viwive lakini  visivurugike
  2. Menya, katakata vipande weka kando.
  3. Tia mafuta katika sufuria, yakishika moto tia rai, zikaange kwa muda wa dakika moja hadi zigeuke rangi kidogo.
  4. Tia majani ya mchuzi, uwatu, thomu, kitunguu maji, pilipili  kaanga kidogo tena.
  5. Tia nyanya kopo endelea kukaanga kidogo kisha tia chumvi, ndimu na maji kiasi kidogo ili kufanya rojo kiasi.
  6. Mimina viazi, changanya, pakua katika sahani.
