Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

 

  1. Osha kuku na ukate vipande vipande kiasi
  1. Menya viazi/mbatata, katakata vipande kiasi.
  1. Menya kitunguu maji ukate vidogodogo
  1. Weka mafuta katika sufuria, kisha tia vitunguu vikaange kidogo tu hadi viwe laini.
  1. Kisha  tia vipande vya kuku, chumvi, pilipili manga, thomu ilochunwa (grated) au kukatwakatwa vipande vidogodogo.
  1. Tia nyanya,  haldi, na maji kiasi.
  1. Tia viazi/mbatata na iache ichemke hadi kuku na viazi/mbatata ziive.
  1. Katakata kotmiri na pilipili mbichi ndogo ndogo utie mwishoni.
  1. Tia ndimu au siki ikiwa tayari kuliwa  na mkate au upendavyo
